The Scientific Core Group of the Network

T he power of a transdisciplinary research network, an institute without walls, lies partially within the organizational mechanism itself, but the unique blend of scientists and scholars who constitute the Scientific Core Group provides the energy to make the Network more than the sum of its individual members. The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Research Network on the Etiology of Tobacco Dependence consists of a wonderfully diverse core of scientists committed to this initiative as a priority in their intellectual and research lives, and to working collaboratively across disciplines.
